What should I do if I did not receive the funds that I added to my wallet through the Direct Funding service or through my credit card?

Please contact our Customer Support team, and provide them with your purchase proof (in case of Direct Funding) or a copy of your bank statement (in case of credit card) that shows the amount transferred to CASHU successfully.
